Commencement ceremonies are held at the Ferrell Center, 1900 S. University Parks Dr., Waco, TX 76706.
Diplomas will be sent after the degrees are conferred. Graduates will receive their diplomas several weeks after the degrees have been awarded.
Ceremonies will be two to two-and-a-half hours in length.
Doors open 90 minutes before the ceremony begins.
Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets are NOT required for seating.
Degree candidates who are participating in the ceremony should should arrive one hour before the ceremony begins.
Yes, the event is liverstreamed.
Guests may carry one clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bag no larger than 12 inches by 6 inches by 12 inches, or a one-gallon, re-sealable plastic freezer bag. All items that would be brought in a diaper bag must be contained in a clear bag according to the policy. Diaper bags are not allowed unless they are clear and within the size requirement.
The Ferrell Center does not provide wheelchairs. Event staff ushers will assist in finding seating for guests in wheelchairs.
Concessions will be open with drinks and snacks available for purchase.

All degree candidates will be expected to walk thru the metal detectors at the Ferrell Center with their gowns open. Degree candidates should not wear blue jeans, shorts, t-shirts or flip-flops.
